Leah Sharibu’s quiet village of Dapchi, Nigeria was attacked by Jihadist terrorists in 2018. Leah and about 100 of her classmates were abducted and some of them killed. Most of the girls returned home except for Leah. Dr. Gloria Puldu, President of the Leah Foundation, joins to take us back to that day in 2018. Dr. Gloria explains what happened after Leah and her classmates were abducted. Leah is the only one still missing from the attack. Dr. Gloria talks about Leah’s Christian faith and why this was so repulsive to her captors. Leah’s mother is still alive, searching for her daughter to this very day. Dr. Gloria tells us more about Leah’s family and her entire village and whether they will ever heal from something like this. There are reports that Leah is still alive and that she has given birth to 2 children in Boko Haram captivity. Dr. Gloria discusses whether she has heard these reports and whether there is any truth to them. She fills us in on what she thinks the odds are of bringing Leah home.
