More and more Americans are rightly alarmed at the growing presence of enemies within our country. One symptom is the purchase of farmland and other real estate here by Communist China. Many state legislatures are trying to stop it. Unfortunately, as a Committee on the Present Danger: China webinar last week made clear, the Biden administration is…
In recent years, assorted totalitarians have come up with various techniques to destroy our freedoms and security without our permission. For example, the Chinese Communist Party and its friends engineered “the China model” of lockdowns and forced jabs in response to Beijing’s COVID biowarfare attack. They want to empower the World Health Organization to do worse in the future.…
There seems to be no limit to the damage the Obama-Biden 3.0 administration is prepared to do to the United States of America. Now, out of nowhere, its determination to “fundamentally transform” the country via radical environmentalism is poised literally to sell us out. The Securities and Exchange Commission has given until January 2nd to comment on a proposed…
This Christmas, the place Jesus Christ was born, lived and died is under the most dangerous assault in over fifty years. And those who sought the destruction of the Jewish State in the Yom Kippur War of 1973 are determined to accomplish it now. Worse yet, the support Israel enjoyed in America five decades …
Rabbi Pesach Wolicki is a formidable fighter in the information war now being waged aggressively by Sharia-supremacists doing business as the Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestinian franchise, Hamas, the government of Iran and their friends and agents inside the Biden administration. The Rabbi observes that the so-called “Gaza Health Ministry” that is endlessly cited as the authoritative source for the number…
Venezuela’s government is one of the world’s most odious. Under the late dictator Hugo Chavez and his successor, Nicholas Maduro, what was among Latin America’s most prosperous and promising nations, has been despotically misruled, plundered and transformed into a dangerous hemispheric beachhead for Iran, Hezbollah, Russia and China. Of particular concern is the Maduro regime’s…
The Colorado Supreme Court effectively convicted Donald Trump yesterday of inciting an insurrection three years ago. It was on that basis that four of seven justices blocked the former President’s name from appearing on next year’s Republican primary ballot. But Mr. Trump has not been prosecuted, let alone convicted, on charges of precipitating or otherwise…
Upon entering the White House, Joe Biden delisted the Sharia-supremacist group known as “Houthi rebels” as a U.S. designated terrorist organization. Legitimating dangerous, Iran-enabled jihadists engaged in frequent attacks on American allies was a symptom of the Obama-Biden Doctrine: namely, treat your enemies better than your friends. It guarantees you’ll have more – and stronger…
The Chinese Communist Party’s totalitarianism is on display as it resumes today the prosecution of Hong Kong’s most prominent incarcerated freedom-fighter, Jimmy Lai – this time for sedition. Mr. Lai’s fate is one he shares with over 7 million people of the former British colony whose freedom the Communists falsely promised to respect for 50…
The three Obama-Biden administrations have been the most hostile towards Israel, ever. Notably, Joe Biden deliberately reversed Donald Trump’s efforts to strengthen ties between the two nations and Israel’s preeminent and secure position in the region, emboldening her enemies – especially Iran and its fellow Sharia-supremacist proxies. Having thus incentivized their invasion of Israel, Team…
There’s been a lot of talk lately about the Big Lie – the totalitarian practice of repeating an untruth until it inevitably becomes accepted by the masses as true. One monstrously big lie at the moment is Democratic partisans’ insistence “There is no evidence” that Joe Biden has engaged in bribery and other crimes for…
Among the most despicable acts so far in the 21st Century were the horrors recently inflicted by Hamas and Palestinian “civilians,” including: the beheading of infants; rape, torture and dismembering of women; and setting entire families afire. It seems unimaginable that anyone would boast publicly of being “happy to see” such egregious crimes against humanity.…
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. The ruling mullahs of Iran are known as “Twelvers.” They believe that their messiah, the “12th Imam,” will emerge from a well in the city of Qom, usher in the Golden Age of Islam and that this will be accomplished very soon. Unfortunately, this event requires an…
When you’re in the middle of history being made, it is often hard to recognize even major tectonic shifts. For example, after the fact, it was easy to see that, in the run-up to World War II, the provocative weakness of the Western powers emboldened totalitarians across the globe. The same is happening today, yet…
Four decades ago, I worked with the Senate Armed Services Committee, including three years as a member of its professional staff. At the time, national security-minded Senators like my bosses, Democrat “Scoop” Jackson and Republican Chairman John Tower, ensured that the panel advanced the practice Ronald Reagan described as “peace through strength.” These days, the…
Here’s a dirty little secret: The third Obama-Biden administration is waging war on women. While its operatives are clearly weaponizing so-called “abortion rights” in the hope of attracting female voters, like the often- devastating effects on many women of voluntarily terminating their pregnancies, the net effect of the agenda being pursued by Marxist Leftists and…
This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. The U.S. Senate was once “the world’s greatest deliberative body.” Now, it is mostly Absent Without Leave. Yesterday, Senator Tommy Tuberville’s effort to uphold the law banning federal funding of abortions that evolved into a fight over the Senate performing its constitutional role in evaluating senior…
Senator Dick Durbin said the quiet part out loud about the Biden administration’s hollowing out of the U.S. military. In floor remarks yesterday, he declared it now needs to tap what he described as “undocumented” persons who “want to serve and risk their lives for this country.” To be sure, Team Biden’s effective destruction of our borders…
The World Health Organization is really, really concerned about the threat posed by a warming planet. So, the subtext of the “Health Day” of this year’s UN Climate Change Conference was the need to empower the WHO to do something about it. That’s the plan set to be consummated next May. A consortium of globalists…
Donald Rumsfeld famously observed that “You go to war with the army you have.” Unfortunately, it seems more likely by the day that America will be going to a shooting war against the Chinese Communist Party with a military that has been hollowed out, disastrously misled and afflicted with a Commander-in-Chief “elite captured” by the enemy. China’s strategic…
